Preparing for your newborn session

I offer a range of sessions including portraits, families, branding, and small events/weddings.

When locking in your session I will email you an invoice for the deposit amount. The remaining balance for the session will be invoiced separately after we have completed your session. Each session has a different deposit amount so check my price lists for the individual breakdown. 

All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. However, in the event of a cancellation or reschedule, your deposit is not lost! Your deposit will be rolled over to a new date or time at no additional fee. No expiration for balance rolled over due to reschedule. Deposit WILL NOT be rolled over to a future session if you are a no show/no call.

What I usually do for newborns is mark your due date on my calendar just so I am available around that time! I know babies come on their own so I am flexible with date. 

Once they arrive either you or your spouse can reach out to me and let me know! Just within a day or two of the birth is fine. I then get you on the schedule within 10-14 days. The first 14 days is the best for scheduling since they are still super sleep and cuddly.

However, if we need to push the date out some that is TOTALLY fine. I have taken newborn shots as late as 2 months old. The first 10-14 days is the goal, but if you or baby need more time than that its ok.

All I need to book is the deposit and we are set until their arrival!
